  It is just a waste of money. We installed the filtration system in a country town in Victoria. At the time we were told that if we had a problem that they would be able to service the system. But both times the motors have burnt out we were told that because we were from victoria there was no one to fix the problem and we had to by replacement motors and do the job ourselves. Next time I will just make sure we go local. To top it up they don't really make a diference in the ambiant air as they claim. Very disapointing,

  Reminder sent to say filter due for change.
  My email was received by admin and acted upon.
  Appointment made.
  Office also confirmed day before the time window slot.
  Technician messaged to say when 5 mins away.
  Very pleasant, professional and experienced.
  Soul was knowledgeable too on the Ventis.

  complete waste of money did not do as we were told by the then owner leaves dirty marks on the ceilings,do not answer emails when sent asking about replacement filters which are exorbitant in price,does not cool how can it when shifting hot air under a sarked tile roof ,never installed vents in the eaves which may have helped,a white elephant sitting in my roof space would have been better installing ceiling fans and had change over .

  had a call from David who seems to be the go to person ,things were sorted out over the phone ,controls reset to get the most from the unit hopefully ,but again present owners were not he ones that sold us the unit with tales of wonder as to its capabilities ,they are picking up the pieces it seems of previous salesmen , will fit new filters when they arrive and seems they are a hospital grade hence the costs ,this i can understand ,now will see how it operate s this coming summer should we get one .Thank you David for the contact ,seems my emails are somewhere in cyber space .and you were on the ball when i posted my thoughts and advised how to correct the problems .

  We have had 2 Ventis systems running for the past 5 years now and I can honestly say that they have been 100% reliable and have freed our house of dampness and the mouldy smell that can sometimes be associated with an old house. On top of this our youngest son has particularly bad allergies which he is not impacted by when in our house due to the hospital grade filters that the Ventis system pushes the air through into our house. The reason I am actually writing this review is due to the fact that I was home the other day when the Ventis technician turned up to do the annual change of our filters (which I had not witnessed before) and I could not believe how black the filters he was changing out were. This I was told was all the pollution, brake dust particles etc etc that had been prevented from entering our house and us breathing. I would happily recommend the Ventis system to anyone who cares about living and breathing in a healthy environment.

  I just had my solar installed by Ventis. The team were outstanding. Tony was extremely helpful throughout the whole process as I was getting quotes from multiple suppliers. Once we had decided to proceed with Ventis, they were able to book in the installation within a week. Callum & the install team were extremely professional and completed a quality install quickly. I would definitely recommend the Ventis team!

  We installed Ventis's new line in solar heating (not their ventilation products). All went smoothly and quickly with installation. Now we can see how it affects the power bills, the results are most impressive. It's also fun to be able to monitor production and consumption in real time.

  We have had the Ventis system nearly four years. We so happy with it as we had such big mould problem every summer the humidity and the rain would be so bad. Then winter was as bad especially when we had the gas heater amd the rain again it would be mould everywhere. We use to clean walls and ceilings all the time.
  Now there's been no mould and clean fresh air every 20 minutes! As we live so close to M5 and a main road so much pollution and building around. Sometimes I do not open doors and windows because of the air.
  When we get the Ventis out to change the filter , it is so dirty and quick easy they check the system as well.
  If you have health problems or mould please look at this system. Yes it might be expensive but you can't put a price on your life.
  We happy we the service and Ventis team tries there best even in there busy times.

  I have it in my home due to being a chronic Asthmatic suggested by my specialist I was very hesitant about it but we did it & I haven’t looked back. I recommend this system it works & now I have suggested it to others... Thank you it has saved my life literally

  save your money. Ventis may work in colder climates, only during the day, but in the Sydney area where I live it is 100% useless and is an overpriced fan. Still have mold problems too. waste of money

  Seriously don't waste your money or time on the Ventis system. Save up some money and get air con instead. It solved our problem completely. We wasted $4,000+ on this useless system. It doesn't cool down the house by much, house is still as damp as ever and our unit broke down after 6 months. When a lady called a few months ago to remind us to change the filter, we expressed our disappointment. The lovely lady referred her manager to ring us to see what they can do for us. He rang after a week and his reply was "OK, sorry to hear about this. Have a good holiday". No joke!!!! Now I have to spend another $800 to have the system removed and patch our ceilings. Thanks for nothing guys!
